The super high-waisted jeans are designed with a belted waistband, zip fly, an inset panel on the outer seam, slightly tapered leg and a clean hem. Made from a rigid recycled cotton blend, Tootsie is a mid-blue with whiskering, fading, a pretzel-detailed button and candy-inspired interior rivets. Would you like a treat?
