The cost of a prepaid return label ($10) will be deducted from your refund or credit amount. We must receive your item(s) within 14 days of beginning the return process to receive a refund. 

Online Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of full-price merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Some conditions apply.

All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note:

  • Sale and final sale items are NOT eligible for return.

  • Price adjustments are not offered on previously purchased items.

  • Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original, undamaged box. Please do not place postage labels directly on the shoe box—use a larger outer shipping box instead. Damaged or label-marked shoe boxes will not be accepted.

  • All Sassanova returns are to be shipped back, with the original invoice.

Customers may take online returns back to any Sassanova/NovaMan location. If you need to exchange any goods, you may do so in the store and continue shopping. Please note that if you choose to exchange and shop in store, refunds cannot be issued and a store credit will be given for any difference. If you are simply dropping off the return, please allow 1 business day for our E-Commerce Team to process your return and refund. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be received and processed. For exchanges, your replacement item will ship once the original return is processed.

Please note: Sassanova Holdings, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

This return policy applies only to online purchases at sassanova.com and shopnovaman.com.

In-store purchases

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of full-price merchandise within 14 days of purchase.  Please bring the item(s) and original receipt to any of our locations and we will happily issue a store credit or you may exchange your item(s). Sorry, no refunds.
