Pretty Floral printed cotton mini dress. This style features a v-neckline with a collar band and front button placket, short puff sleeves, and a fitted bodice with elastic smocking at the back waist. Belt ties are attached at the back waist and have gold D-rings to cinch at the front waist. There are intricate pintuck details along the bodice and through the skirt and delicate trim is inserted along the bottom of the A-line skirt. Fully lined.  Buttonfront.
