Sassanova is growing—and we’re opening our newest boutique in McLean, VA. This is an exciting first for us: one location, two concepts. Women’s fashion meets our menswear collection, Nova Man, all under one roof. It’s a new chapter for our brand—and we’re looking for a strong leader to help us write it.

If you love fashion, care deeply about the customer experience, and get excited about building a team and a store from the ground up, this is your kind of role.

What You’ll Do

Set the tone. You’ll be the first face people see and the energy that defines the store. Whether someone’s coming in to browse, get styled, or grab a last-minute gift, you’ll make sure they leave feeling great.

Build and lead a great team. Hire thoughtfully. Train intentionally. Lead by example. Your people will look to you not just for guidance, but for inspiration.

Create an experience for everyone. This store is unique—women’s and men’s collections in one space. You’ll ensure both sides feel personal, welcoming, and on-brand.

Run the show. From staffing and scheduling to visuals and events, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and keep the store looking, feeling, and performing its best.

Engage locally. Help put Sassanova on the map in McLean. Partner with other businesses, host events, and bring in new clients through community connection.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally with premium or boutique fashion
• Strong background in sales, clienteling, and team development
• Proven ability to lead through change, launch new initiatives, and drive results
• A love for both men’s and women’s fashion and a customer-first mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the confidence to make decisions that move the business forward

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• High energy, positivity, and a “make it happen” mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and key selling periods
