If for any reason you are not completely in love with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or issue a refund or store credit for the value of full-price merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with the original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Sassanova has the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Items marked as final sale, sale items and undergarments are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items.
Footwear must include the original box in its original condition, without postage labels attached. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for Sassanova to receive and process your return. If you prefer to exchange your items, we will send a replacement as soon as the original item is received and processed.
Sassanova.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

HOLIDAY 2020 RETURN POLICY
Purchases made from November 1, 2020 to December 24, 2020 can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item through January 8, 2021 (two
weeks after Christmas). All returns and exchanges must be in new condition with the original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Sassanova
