Nova Man is looking for a Part-Time Stylist who loves men’s fashion and thrives on creating genuine connections with customers. You’ll help clients look and feel their best, while delivering a shopping experience that’s personal, inspiring, and unmatched in service.

What You’ll Do

• Style with Expertise: Provide personal styling and wardrobe advice both on the floor and by appointment.
• Build Client Relationships: Create lasting connections through personalized service, follow-up, and outreach.
• Drive In-Store Sales: Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals by delivering an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
• Stay Trend-Savvy: Maintain a strong knowledge of men’s fashion trends, fit, and brand assortment.
• Maintain Store Excellence: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support Visual Merchandising: Assist with floor sets, restocking, and markdowns to ensure an engaging, shoppable space.
• Lead When Needed: Open and close the store following all operational procedures.
• Collaborate as a Team Player: Partner with the Nova Man team to support events, launches, and a best-in-class client experience.
• Adapt & Assist: Provide occasional cross-departmental support when needed.

Who You Are

• Passionate about men’s fashion and eager to share your knowledge with clients.
• A friendly, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and occasional evenings.
• Previous retail or fashion experience preferred, but not required. Enthusiasm and initiative matter most!
