What You’ll Do

Style with intention. You’ll help clients find pieces that fit their lives, not just their closets—whether they’re dressing for a big event, a night out, or just because.

Create connection. It’s not just about transactions—it’s about relationships. You’ll get to know your clients, remember what they love, and make every visit feel personal.

Keep the store fresh. From merchandising and display upkeep to making sure the fitting rooms are on point, you’ll help keep the store looking sharp and on-brand.

Know your product. You’ll stay up to speed on our latest collections—how things fit, feel, and pair together—so you can style with confidence.

Be a team player. You’ll collaborate with your coworkers to hit sales goals, support one another, and make the store a fun place to work (and shop).

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love of fashion and a natural eye for style
• Great communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
• Attention to detail, from styling touches to backroom organization
• Flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail setting
• An eagerness to learn and grow with us—retail or styling experience is great, but not required

What You’ll Need

• Availability to work 35–40 hours per week
• Willingness to work some weekends, holidays, and key sales events
• Comfort using a POS system and willingness to learn our clienteling tools
• A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a love of helping others look and feel their best
