The Tara dress features a mock neck, tie waist, and pleated skirt.  The long sleeves make it perfect to wear all season long. 

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday usually ship by Monday of the following week.
