Sure, you’ve filled your online cart (raises hand), but have you ever curated your Virtual Dressing Room? Shop Sassanova.com and select all the clothes, shoes and accessories your heart desires to design your dream dressing room. When it’s time for a “try on” sesh, you can choose to either visit your favorite Sassanova boutique (we’d love to see you!) where your haul will be waiting for you in a private, freshly-sanitized dressing room OR you can get your Virtual Dressing Room delivered to your door via our Flash of Sass mobile fleet.* Either way, YOU save time and peace of mind, and WE do all the leg work for you. As always, take what you love, leave what you don’t! 



How it Works


To build your Virtual Dressing room, add the Virtual Dressing Room Product to your cart. Then go about your shopping as you normally would! When you check out, select Try On In-Store or Try On At Home and fill out your information.

Try on In-Store

If you select Try On In-Store, please fill out your information and then select the appropriate location to try on. The $50 fee listed at check out will be waived if you choose to try on your Virtual Dressing Room in-store.

Try on at Home

If you select Try On At Home, please fill out your information and check out as you normally would. You will pre-pay for all items that you are requesting to try on, plus the $50 Virtual Dressing Room fee. After the try on session, the $50 will be credited toward the item(s) you keep. If you try on at home and do not keep any items, the $50 fee is still owed.

  • Is looking to completely overhaul her wardrobe 
  • Wants to create a capsule wardrobe with several new pieces from Sassanova & items that are already in her closet 
  • Needs assistance with event styling or packing for an upcoming trip
  • Is not quite comfortable venturing into a store quite yet 



*Virtual Dressing Room hauls typically require at least 24 hours to fulfill from time of check out. Once a Sassanova stylist contacts you to confirm your Virtual Dressing Room has been fulfilled, please reply back immediately to schedule your in-store appointment OR at home delivery window. Virtual Dressing Rooms will be held for no more than 48 hours from the time Sassanova confirms your order fulfillment, as the merchandise is being reserved exclusively for you! 


For shoppers selecting in-store appointments, no credit card information is required when checking out online. Your Virtual Dressing Room merchandise will be waiting for you in a reserved, freshly-sanitized dressing room at your Sassanova location of choice. Once you select the items you would like to purchase, please check out with your stylist at the cash wrap in store. All unwanted items can be left in the dressing room for steaming and sanitizing before they are returned to the floor. 


For shoppers selecting at-home delivery, we require credit card information when checking out online. Your card will be charged for the full amount of the Virtual Dressing Room plus the $50 Virtual Dressing Room fee. After the try on session, the $50 will be credited toward the item(s) you keep. If you try on at home and do not keep any items, the $50 fee is still owed. Any returns will be processed once we receive the unwanted merchandise. Please note we offer the following options for delivery - please clarify when scheduling your delivery window. 

1) A Sassanova stylist will deliver and leave the Virtual Dressing Room merchandise for you to review / try on. When scheduling delivery, you will also arrange a pickup time for the stylist to return and collect any unwanted items (drop off and pick up must occur on the same day). 

2) Immediately upon delivery, please review/try on Virtual Dressing Room merchandise while the Sassanova stylist waits outside of your home (time limit = 30 minutes). Any returns can be sent back with the Sassanova stylist. 

3) Immediately upon delivery, please review/try on Virtual Dressing Room merchandise with the Sassanova stylist in your home. We will work with you to consult on styling, determine fit and pair the new pieces with existing items in your wardrobe (time limit = 1 hour). We can also help you with closet clean out efforts, selecting outfits for a specific event or packing for a vacation! Any returns can be sent back with the Sassanova stylist.
