Online Return Policy
General Terms
All merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. Size exchanges can be made, if available, for the cost of shipping. We're sorry but shoes that have been worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturers' defect.
In Store Purchases
For in store purchases, please see the receipt from purchase for our return policy.
Full Priced Merchandise
Merchandise can be returned for full credit, less shipping, if returned within 7 days of reciept. After 7 days and before 30 days, a store credit for the amount of the purchase, less shipping will be issued. After 30 days, there are no refunds or exchanges. (The 30 day period is extended to December 31, for purchases made between November 15-30th.)
Sale Priced Merchandise
All sales are final.
Sizing
We carry sizes 5 to 11 (European 35 to 41) in medium width. We are happy to inform you when we get specific lines or certain sizes in, please join our mailing list.

Shoes sent out of the District of Columbia or Maryland will not be taxed, however, shipping prices will apply. For shoes, there is a minimum of $12.00 charge. Shipping prices will be detailed before your order ships. Sales tax will be charged in addition to shipping at the applicable rates for DC or Maryland.
